Package Cost:
After client makes booking with SY Interior Pvt Ltd, an interim project cost will be given to the client. The final project cost might vary depending upon architect designs.Booking Amount:
At the time agreement signing booking amount of 5% to be paid that will be utilized for the survey, soil test, finalising, materials and blocking the contractors.Package cost:
Package rates are subjected to variations based on the rate of cement, steel, RMC, tiles, marble granite, plywood, laminates & plumbing fixtures etc.Refund Policy:
Booking amount will be fundable after deducting a fixed cost of Rs 75,000 towards handling charges.Payment Schedule:
A customized payment schedule will be shared based on the project specifications.Full & Final Payment:
Full payment need to be paid to SY Interior Pvt Ltd as per the contract at the time of handover of your home.Exclusions:
Electricity, water & water tank charges will be charged extra and the customer is accountable for all related payments and for ensuring timely supply of water and electricity at the site.Any design, structural change, material etc will be charged extra as per customer requirements and which are not included in the packages.
Architect will provide 3 design options as part of the package. Any additional changes will be charged accordingly
Architects will only suggest possible Vastu options, but it will be at the discretion of the client.
Architects provide options for 3 massing 3D design and one option for 3D rendering design.
Car parking area will be calculated as 70% of the built up area (i.e. excluding staircase, lift & lobby area)
Client can make changes in the concept phase of design but once the designs are finalized in the scheme phase, further changes will not be entertained and are subjective to additional charges
Any violation of the architectural drawings will be at the customer's risk. Customer will hold complete responsibility and the in-house design team from SY Interior Pvt Ltd will not advocate any violations on structure.
Material which are mentioned in the package as per the drawing will be used in case of invisibility of the proposed material equivalent of the same will be used. SY Interior Pvt Ltd will ensure quality standards are maintained
The quality control team will check the quality of the materials before procuring & after reaching at site. If required, a laboratory test will be done on the procured materials before starting the work.
If any case reported wherein a customer is found interacting with the vendor or contractors and this is against the interests of SY Interior Pvt Ltd, the vendor / contractor would be terminated from the project with immediate effect.
SY Interior Pvt Ltd will not entertain third party interactions like outside vendors, consultants or contractors for materials used at the site or structural/design related discussions as per the contract signed with us.
Inco Buid-Tech provides 9 year’s warranty on structure and 5 years for waterproofing.
Fittings, fixtures and equipment will be rendered, replaced or repaired depending on the terms of their warranties provided by the respective manufacturer or brand.
